Privacy and retention
Information about how the service currently operates.
Data used
TurboRecap uses your account details, source videos or links, transcripts and generated clips to provide the service. Technical processing records help track errors and usage.
Processing and providers
The service uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Google Gemini for video analysis, ZeptoMail for account messages and Stripe when you use billing. Google sign-in shares the information needed for authentication.
Current retention
Temporary sources and analysis files sent to the provider are deleted during processing, with retries on failure. Deletion may be delayed. Projects, transcripts and clips kept in your workspace currently have no guaranteed automatic expiry period.
Your account
Account deletion is available in account settings. It requires a recent sign-in and may be blocked by active processing, uploads, subscriptions or shared workspace membership. Media deletion runs asynchronously and may require intervention after failures. This action does not delete payment records held by Stripe.
